" I have been to La Adelita on numerous occasions, and while I love the food, I think it's time to address some inconsistencies. The tacos al carbon are one of the best I’ve had, and their homemade tortillas are to die for! However, a couple of times, the service was not up to par; we had to wait quite a while for our meals both on weekends. If they could get service down to be as excellent as the food, they would elevate the dining experience. We definitely love this spot, but it needs a little improvement on the service end.
