" I don’t understand the rave reviews about Pollo Regio. The burrito I had was less filling than I expected, especially for $13. It felt like it was mostly rice with barely any meat. On top of that, I had to wait a lot longer than I should have for my order. The only good part of my experience was that the staff dealt with my complaints politely.
