" I've been to Chimayo multiple times, and it never disappoints! Their margaritas are among the best I've ever had. Each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor; the elk London broil was one for the books. Although the service can sometimes be a bit slow during busy hours, the staff remains friendly and attentive. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends as it tends to be packed.
