" Kaneo is easily one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of dining at recently. The flavors in the dishes were incredible, clearly showcasing authentic Mediterranean cooking. I had never experienced such an engaging menu, full of unique combinations, like the squid ink linguini topped with caviar; it was simply exquisite. The ambiance is also charming, making it a wonderful spot for dinner with friends or a date. The only drawback was the wait time for a table was longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth it! " Last week, I had lunch at Kaneo after a friend recommended it. I was immediately struck by the decor; it’s elegant yet comfortable. I had the Mediterranean salad and a burger. While the salad was fresh and flavorful, the burger just didn't meet the expectations set by my friend. It was good but a bit bland for my taste. " Kaneo has quickly become one of our favorite spots for special occasions. We've been here twice for our anniversaries, and each time has been wonderful. The service is impeccable, always attentive without being intrusive. Both times, I ordered the lamb, and I have to say, it has a depth of flavor that keeps me coming back for more! The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, perfect for a date night. The only downside was that the dessert menu could use a few more options; we loved the lemon olive oil cake but would love to see more variety. I started with the Mediterranean salad which was fresh and bursting with flavor. For the main course, I chose the lamb chops, cooked to perfection and paired with a delightful mint sauce. My server, Matija, was incredibly attentive and made excellent wine suggestions that complemented each course beautifully. The lemon olive oil cake for dessert was hands down the best I've had! " I can't say enough good things about Kaneo! My friends and I celebrated my birthday here, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The server was knowledgeable and helped us choose a selection of starters including the mussels and calamari—both were incredible! For the main, I had the beef short rib, which was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The atmosphere was lively, adding to the fun. Ending the meal with the lemon olive oil cake was the cherry on top!
