" I've been a regular at Tijuana Flats for the last couple of years, and I can say the quality has dipped a bit. While the atmosphere is always nice, and the service is generally friendly, I have recently noticed that the food is sometimes not as consistent as it used to be. For instance, my last visit, the chicken in my burrito seemed a bit overcooked, which was disappointing.
