" I can't say enough about my love for Tijuana Flats! The last time I went, I opted for the chicken enchilada dish. It was huge, stuffed to the brim with tender chicken and smothered in their amazing cheese sauce. " I've been a regular at Tijuana Flats for the last couple of years, and I can say the quality has dipped a bit.
