" What a fantastic find! The American Bar has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Winchester. The environment is elegant, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I particularly enjoyed their signature cocktails and the warm bread with honey butter that accompanied my meal. The steak tartare was wonderfully seasoned, making it a perfect starter.
