" Had dinner at Chili's last week, and while the food was decent, the service left much to be desired. The waiter seemed distracted and we had to remind him of our drink order a couple of times. The waiter placed our order but we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I spoke to the manager who was understanding, but the damage was done.
