" This was my first visit to Pappasito's, and I’ll start with the positives. The decor is vibrant and full of life, and the service is exceptionally welcoming. Our waiter was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. The carne asada I had was well cooked, but a little dry, and the accompanying rice was lackluster. " I recently made a visit to Pappasito's because I heard so much about their fajitas. The restaurant itself is large, and very lively during weekends. I started with some chips and salsa, which were a little underwhelming, but the main event - the fajitas - did not disappoint. The beef was incredibly tender and marinated with great spices. I also loved the fact they serve large portions; my friend and I had plenty to take home. The only downside was the initial wait for our food was longer than expected, but our server made sure to check on us frequently. All said and done, I’d return without hesitation. " I visited Pappasito’s for my birthday dinner with family, and I was very pleased with the experience overall. We were promptly seated, which was nice, and our server was very attentive. I had the jalapeño battleship shrimp and was blown away by the flavors! The stuffed shrimp were perfectly cooked. I also liked their charro beans and the homemade tortillas. However, I was disappointed that my dessert - tres leches - was overly sweet and a bit soggy. I wished it had a better texture.
