" I can’t say enough about the service at Palio's! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and seated within minutes. The server went out of her way to explain the menu and recommend some favorites. I went for the spaghetti and meatballs which was fresh and truly tasted homemade. " Honestly, I was excited to try their gluten-free pizza considering many restaurants fail at that. However, I was left disappointed. The crust tasted bland and it definitely needed more seasoning. On a positive note, the staff was super accommodating with my dietary restrictions, but that doesn't fix the food quality. Maybe I’ll give it another chance but only if I hear some good updates.
