" I can't believe I had never heard of Shiny Wok until recently! It’s now my go-to place for Chinese food. I tried their crab rangoon and it was delightful, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor inside. Not to mention, their fried rice was unlike any I’ve had before - perfectly seasoned and fresh. It’s hard to find a place that serves food this good, and at such reasonable prices. The service is always friendly, and the portions are quite generous. " Simply put, Shiny Wok deserves more hype than it gets! The hot and sour soup was probably the best I’ve had in recent memory, coming at a generous portion for an affordable price. Their garlic shrimp was wonderful as well, cooked just right to retain its sweetness and texture. I appreciate the effort the staff puts in to maintain a welcoming environment as well. " I had a really disappointing experience at Shiny Wok last week. My order was wrong, and when I brought it up, the staff didn’t really seem to care. My Kung Pao chicken tasted bland, and the portion size felt smaller than at other restaurants. I really wanted to love this place due to the great reviews, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth. " If you're looking for a quick and delicious lunch, Shiny Wok has plenty to offer. I stopped by during lunch hour, and despite a busy environment, my food came out promptly. The spicy beef was on point and had the perfect kick to it, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the seating wasn't the most comfortable for longer stays.
