" Every time I visit Colfax Bistro, I leave with a smile! The banh mi here is out of this world. I love how they prepare the bread fresh daily; it's crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The fillings are always generous and packed with flavor. I also tried their iced coffee, which is smooth and gives just the right kick of energy. " First time visiting and I’m already a huge fan! The flavors they managed to achieve in each dish were simply marvelous. I had the special teriyaki bowl, and it was exponentially more delicious compared to similar dishes I’ve had elsewhere. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive to each guest. " I visited Colfax Bistro for the first time this past weekend, and wow, was I impressed. The tom yum soup was so flavorful, I felt as though I was transported back to Thailand. It's a small, cozy place, and while the seating could be more comfortable, the food more than makes up for it. The service was top-notch; the staff will make sure you're happy. " What can I say? Colfax Bistro immediately became one of my favorite spots! I had the pork fried rice, and it was honestly some of the best I've had outside of a city environment. Freshly cooked, with plenty of pork, and the job done was perfect. The staff are incredibly welcoming, making sure you're taken care of throughout your meal.
