" What can I say? Colfax Bistro immediately became one of my favorite spots! I had the pork fried rice, and it was honestly some of the best I've had outside of a city environment. Freshly cooked, with plenty of pork, and the job done was perfect. The staff are incredibly welcoming, making sure you're taken care of throughout your meal.
