" This Chipotle was such a disappointment! The staff were confused about my order and mixed it up with another customer's. It felt like they were disorganized and lacked proper management. The tables were crowded, and the floor was filthy. I had to remind them that I ordered chips, and even then, I received the wrong ones! The cleanliness at this place is appalling. There were trash bags overflowing and tables that hadn't been wiped in days. Even the drink station was a mess.
