" This Chipotle was such a disappointment! The staff were confused about my order and mixed it up with another customer's. It felt like they were disorganized and lacked proper management. The tables were crowded, and the floor was filthy. I had to remind them that I ordered chips, and even then, I received the wrong ones! " I used to love Chipotle, but this location has really let me down. I used to rave about their burritos being the best around, but they always skimp on nothing but the rice nowadays. The cleanliness at this place is appalling. There were trash bags overflowing and tables that hadn't been wiped in days. Even the drink station was a mess.
