" I’ve been to a lot of pho places, both in the US and Vietnam, but PC Pho has impressed me with their authenticity. The broth was well-balanced with a depth of flavor that you can tell is lovingly prepared. The owner seems to really care about his restaurant and customers. I had the steak pho, which came with perfectly tender slices of steak and a nice amount of herbs and accompaniments.
