" I was pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic Japanese restaurant in the area. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic dishes that were hard to find elsewhere. " I had such a delightful lunch here yesterday! The miso soup was warm and comforting, the sushi was beautifully presented, and the staff was super attentive. It's rare to find a place that serves authentic Japanese dishes outside of larger cities, so I feel lucky to have discovered Shinano. I recommend the Eel Nigiri - the smoky flavor was just perfect. " My family and I visited Shinano recently and it was a yearly ritual we will keep! The sushi was unbelievably fresh, especially the Tuna and Octopus, which melted in our mouths. The Chicken Teriyaki was another standout dish; the sauce was rich and perfectly balanced. We felt well taken care of by the staff who ensured our drinks were always topped off. " This is hands down one of the best sushi bars I've ever been to! The ambiance is cozy and the staff are incredibly friendly. I especially loved their Torched Salmon roll - it was a heavenly experience! The freshness of all the ingredients was evident and I felt like I was transported straight to Japan.
