" I had such a delightful lunch here yesterday! The miso soup was warm and comforting, the sushi was beautifully presented, and the staff was super attentive. It's rare to find a place that serves authentic Japanese dishes outside of larger cities, so I feel lucky to have discovered Shinano. I recommend the Eel Nigiri - the smoky flavor was just perfect. " This is hands down one of the best sushi bars I've ever been to! The ambiance is cozy and the staff are incredibly friendly. I especially loved their Torched Salmon roll - it was a heavenly experience! The freshness of all the ingredients was evident and I felt like I was transported straight to Japan.
