" I had a lovely dinner at Ole's Guacamoles! My friend and I enjoyed an evening there, and we were really pleased with our meals. I ordered the enchiladas, and they were filled with flavorful chicken. The service was fantastic – our waiter made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor dining area is a very nice touch, next to the creek, and definitely added to our overall experience. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Black Mountain! " Ole's Guacamoles is my go-to spot in Black Mountain! I love to come here for family dinners. The food is always fresh, but I will admit that I sometimes envy the folks who get to enjoy the outdoor seating next to the creek, it looks so delightful! The fajitas are a must-try. " Ole's has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Black Mountain. I've been there a handful of times, and while some visits were stellar, I did experience a rough night recently. The atmosphere is lovely, especially on the patio next to the creek, but my last meal lacked the usual seasoning that I expect. I tried the enchiladas, which I've loved in the past, but this time they were a bit bland. Luckily, the service was friendly, and they quickly offered me more salsas from the bar, which honestly lifted the flavor! It's still a great place overall, and I can’t wait to go back and try more. " My visit to Ole's was satisfactory, but not without its hiccups. I had the chicken enchiladas; they were decent but forgettable. On the flipside, my friend tried the fish tacos and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. The place was nice but slightly crowded, making it hard to hear conversations at times. Service was average; we had to wait unusually long for our check after finishing our meals. I do think I might give them another shot in the future, maybe on a quieter day.
