" I visited Taco Bell recently, hoping to enjoy some classic fast food, but I left feeling very disappointed. The tortillas were cold, and the tacos were barely filled. I understand that fast food may not always be gourmet, but they could at least warm up their ingredients! The staff were scattered and seemed overwhelmed, which also didn't help the experience. " I’ve had some bad experiences at Taco Bell, but this one takes the cake. I ordered the usual - a burrito and tacos, but they totally messed it up! I got a hard shell taco similar to cardboard, and the burrito was soggy. It felt like they didn’t even care about what's served. Ordered a margarita pizza thinking my 4 year old daughter would love it, and they literally handed me a cardboard box with nothing that resembled food inside.
