" I visited Cicis Pizza with my kids last month, and while I wanted to have a fun family outing, it turned sour quickly. " I honestly used to like Cicis but I am starting to understand why others have been sharing such negative experiences. The last visit had a considerable amount of chaos! Our table had not been cleaned, and the staff seemed more focused on chatting with one another than attending to customers. The pizzas that were out were cold and lacked the usual flavor. I strongly feel they need to make significant improvements in management and employee training. The buffet concept is great, but it really needs to be better executed.
