" My family and I decided to try Fuji Steak & Sushi for the first time last weekend, and I must say, we were blown away! " What a disappointment! I’ve been to a number of hibachi places and was excited to try Fuji. While the ambiance and decor were lovely, the service left a lot to be desired. We arrived and had to wait an excessive amount of time to order, and even longer to receive our food. When it finally arrived, the steaks were overcooked and the fried rice was bland. We voiced our concerns to the staff, but they brushed it off and didn’t seem too interested in helping us out. I might give them another chance eventually, but this visit was not worth the price.
