" Ill never go back! One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Taco Bell. The food was disgusting and the wait was outrageous. Nobody seemed to be working hard to prepare orders, and there was food scattered everywhere in the restaurant. I have never been so unhappy; we left the premises without eating. What was more frustrating was that I didn't even receive the correct order. The restaurant was a disaster, with tables that where not cleaned up, and trash littered around. " I finally decided to stop by this Taco Bell after hearing some friends rave about it. But my excitement quickly turned into regret. The drive-thru was chaotic, and once I got through, my order was completely wrong. To top it off, the food tasted old, like it had been sitting there for some time. I can’t understand how a franchise of this size can operate with such a lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service. I would recommend going to a different fast food place entirely. " So unfortunate to say this is not the location to enjoy your Taco Bell favorites. Over the course of my two visits, I tried my best to give it the benefit of the doubt, but both times I was disappointed with dirty tables, a messy kitchen, and long wait times for my food. The staff was unengaged and inattentive while I waited for my order. Both times the food was poorly prepared and the service was just as lackluster. " Rushed lunch? Forget it. Getting through the drive-thru took forever and once we did make it to the window, there was confusion with our order, leaving us to wait even longer. Additionally, we found the food to be unappealing, processed, and just flat-out unappetizing. That day we decided to treat ourselves to a meal out, and I can say it was a regrettable decision.
