" Disappointment is an understatement. I ordered two crunchy tacos and waited over 30 minutes. The employee took my money but completely forgot about my order. When I finally got it, there was hardly any filling in the tacos. The restaurant was overrun with customers and the staff seemed confused and overwhelmed with everything happening. " I feel really frustrated after my latest experience at Taco Bell. The atmosphere is not welcoming, with trash piling up in the dining area, and it appears as if nobody is taking care of cleaning the space. " If I could rate this place a zero, I would. My recent visit was horrendous; my friends and I stood in line for what felt like ages only to find out halfway through that the drive-thru was closed. By the time we were finally able to order, my food ended up being wrong, and even if it wasn't, I'm not sure how much of it we would have managed to eat considering how much old food was visibly in the kitchen. " It's honestly hard to know where to begin with my experience at this Taco Bell. The whole place was dirty and chaotic. After waiting for over 40 minutes for my food, I discovered that my order was incomplete, and the food itself was lukewarm at best. I overheard another customer who's complaint was quite similar. This is not the type of service or food quality I expect from a national chain. They need a major overhaul in management and customer care. " So unfortunate to say this is not the location to enjoy your Taco Bell favorites. Over the course of my two visits, I tried my best to give it the benefit of the doubt, but both times I was disappointed with dirty tables, a messy kitchen, and long wait times for my food. The staff was unengaged and inattentive while I waited for my order. Both times the food was poorly prepared and the service was just as lackluster. " Rushed lunch? Forget it. Getting through the drive-thru took forever and once we did make it to the window, there was confusion with our order, leaving us to wait even longer. Additionally, we found the food to be unappealing, processed, and just flat-out unappetizing. That day we decided to treat ourselves to a meal out, and I can say it was a regrettable decision.
