We waited quite a while before being acknowledged and then waited even longer for drinks. The food was decent when it finally arrived, but nothing I would rave about. I was especially impressed with their version of the lamb shank, which was tender and richly spiced. The server made great recommendations for wine pairings, enhancing the entire meal. The only downside was the wait time for our second round of drinks, but everything else was perfect down to the last desired bite. Will definitely revisit to try more of their scrumptious offerings. The seafood dishes were particularly impressive, especially the clam chowder and calamari. Enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere as well! " We had a birthday dinner at Arboleda and absolutely loved it. The ambience is truly enchanting, making you feel like you've stepped into a beautiful Mediterranean escape. The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. For appetizers, we tried the crispy calamari and beet salad which were fresh and delicious. I ordered the short rib and it was flavorful and tender, accompanied by some pretty perfect mashed potatoes. The service staff were friendly and attentive, although I did notice a slight delay between courses. My biggest complaint would be the co-ed restrooms, which aren’t for everyone. " Wow, what an experience! Arboleda is definitely a place to visit if you're in Scottsdale. The tapas were remarkable; we especially enjoyed the especially the patatas bravas and calamari.
