" I absolutely love Loxicha! The family running the food truck is incredibly passionate about their food and it shows in every dish. I always get the veggie burrito packed with all sorts of fresh vegetables, and it never fails to impress. Their red salsa is out of this world, keeping the spice level just right. While it’s cash only, it’s worth every penny! I’ve brought friends and family here and they always leave happy and full. This food truck holds a special place in my heart. Highly recommend! " This little food truck is a hidden gem! I stumbled upon it while looking for a quick meal, and I was thoroughly impressed. I expected a real authentic flair but it felt a bit generic. I had the chicken burrito which was decent; however, I have had way better at other places in the city. So while I wouldn't stick to a strict diet of trying new dishes here, I wouldn't completely dismiss it either. Great for a quick meal if you're nearby, but not worth a special trip in my opinion. " Decided to try Loxicha after hearing good things from coworkers. I wasn't disappointed! I had the wet burrito and it was gigantic. The flavors were excellent, and I loved the combination of ingredients—they really get it right! The outdoor seating was nice, but I do hope they expand that area as it can get crowded during lunch. " I had lunch here with a couple of friends last week. We went for their tacos and quesadillas. Mind you, the flavors were there—just delicious—but I was disappointed with the portion sizes. The tacos were a bit on the smaller side, and while they were good, I wished there was more. However, the service was friendly, and the environment was nice for a food truck setup. " I can't say enough about how much I adore this food truck! The mole enchiladas are to die for! They're rich, flavorful, and the presentation is lovely for a food truck. Add to that their quick service and you have a winning combination. I recommend checking their daily specials if you can. Just remember, it's cash only, so plan ahead!
