" Matador Ballard is a new favorite of mine! I've been three times since discovering it recently and have yet to find a dish I didn't like. The lunch special was an absolute steal; I had the chicken tacos which were authentic and flavorful. The service was prompt, and the ambience inviting. " I've been to Matador Ballard multiple times, and one thing remains consistent - the food is always good! The carne asada burrito is filled with flavor and very filling. On this occasion, we were served by a new waitress but she was exceptional. I do wish they would rotate their menu options a bit more; sometimes I feel like I have had everything a few too many times! Regardless, I always walk away satisfied and location is just so lively!
