" I walked into Chipotle fully expecting a fabulous meal after all the good reviews I've heard, and I wouldn't say I was let down, but I wasn't wowed either. Sure, the burrito was good, but it wasn't the best I've ever had. The steak was a tad chewy, and the guacamole—while it was fresh—was a bit scant for my taste. " Okay, allow me to vent a little. My experience at this Chipotle was a whirlwind of disappointments. First off, my online order was not ready when I arrived, despite being 10 minutes early. So I had to wait an additional 25 minutes before I was finally able to get my food. When I finally got my burrito, I was filled with nothing but rage because it was not very warm, and they seemed to have skimped on the guacamole. You'd think at a place like Chipotle that would be the highlight of a burrito bowl! To add insult to injury, the inside dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while — tables were sticky and the trash was overflowing.
