" The wait times at this location are simply unacceptable. I visited during lunch hour, and after standing in line for almost 40 minutes, my food was still cold when I received it. The orange chicken, which is usually my go-to, tasted stale and underwhelming. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but they need to manage their online and in-person orders better. I witnessed several people who placed their orders after my friends and I get served first. By the time we got our food, it was cold and not the quality I would expect from Panda Express. " I'm done with this panda. Each time I visit, they seem to run out of sauces. This last time, I ordered teriyaki chicken but received orange instead. No big deal all at until I realized I was charged for the teriyaki. When I brought it up to the manager, they were dismissive and rude.
