" I've frequented this Panda Express for many years, and it seems to be on a decline. The last few times I visited, the food has been lukewarm and not fresh. Last week, I ordered Beijing Beef and a side of chow mein; the beef was chewy and lacked flavor, while the chow mein had barely any vegetables. When I approached a staff member about it, they brushed me off. The one upside is that the staff is often friendly, but it doesn't outweigh the negatives. I may look for other options moving forward. " I've never been a fan of Panda Express until recently. I was invited to lunch by a coworker, and I must admit I was impressed! The orange chicken had the right amount of sweetness and spice. The fried rice was quite delicious as well! Although I could tell that it’s more Americanized than authentic Chinese, it still hits the spot when you need a quick meal. " As a long-time customer, I have to say I'm disappointed with the current state of this Panda Express. On my last visit, I ordered a couple of items and received them completely wrong. When I mentioned this to the cashier, they seemed indifferent. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to receive what I initially ordered. Plus, my kung pao chicken was more oil than chicken and wasn’t satisfying at all. " I'm done with this panda. Each time I visit, they seem to run out of sauces. This last time, I ordered teriyaki chicken but received orange instead. No big deal all at until I realized I was charged for the teriyaki. When I brought it up to the manager, they were dismissive and rude.
