" It's disheartening to see a restaurant I used to love go downhill. During my most recent visit, they didn’t have any of the specialty salsas I enjoy, and the steak I ordered seemed dry. The line was long because they were understaffed, which often leads to an unsatisfactory experience, and it did this time. " Had an average experience at Chipotle. The food was pretty standard, but unfortunately, they were out of the cilantro dressing and hot salsa, which are two of my favorites. " I decided to give this Chipotle another chance after a disappointing experience a few months ago. To my surprise, the service was quicker this time, and the staff were friendlier. I had a steak burrito that was flavorful, but I was still disappointed to see they were out of jalapeños and shredded cheese. " My husband and I were really looking forward to our Mexican food night and decided to hit up Chipotle for a nice quick dinner. Unfortunately, we walked into chaos. Just half the normal ingredients were available, including the spicy salsa that I love. The worker at the register seemed overwhelmed and made a mistake in my order.
