The birria tacos were exceptional and very authentic, which I truly appreciated, reminiscent of my time in Oaxaca. However, I encountered a long wait for my order, which was frustrating. To add to that, my server seemed overwhelmed and didn't check in as often as I would have liked. I understand it might have been a busy night, but a bit more attentiveness would have made my meal perfect.
