" Wow! Just wow! Everything about Soto was amazing! The presentation was artful; you could tell every dish was created with care. The seafood was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth. I highly recommend the seared tuna and any of their nigiri options. The only thing is, you do pay a premium here; however, for a special occasion, I believe it is worth every penny.
