" After a few visits, I can say Shirushi Plaza Norte has fantastic sushi, but the takes a while to arrive. I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes even if the restaurant is not crowded. But the reason I keep coming back is the flavor; I feel like they get everything just right, and it's worth the wait! On top of that, the atmosphere is nice for a relaxing meal with friends. " While I was pleased with the food quality at Shirushi Plaza Norte, the service was unfortunately lacking on my recent visit. I mean, I ordered a simple ramen and waited over half an hour for it! It was initially quite frustrating, but the taste was definitely worth the wait. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. If they could streamline their service and perhaps add a few more staff, this place would easily earn a five-star rating. " Definitely one of my favorite sushi places. Lovely atmosphere and excellent food; everything felt authentic. However, my last visit highlighted a significant delay in service. I was left waiting quite a bit longer than expected, and that detracted from the experience. If they could get a handle on that, this would easily be a five-star location! " Shirushi Plaza Norte has carved out a special place in my heart, specifically for their tempura! It is easily one of the best I've tasted in a long time. The moment you bite into the shrimp tempura, you can appreciate how it’s perfectly crispy yet tender inside. It’s tough to find authentic Japanese restaurants that offer such traditional dishes. On the flip side, my last visit had some hiccups in service that I hope they can address — our waiter seemed a little frazzled and overwhelmed.
