" I found this wonderful sushi restaurant through Google and decided to give it a try. I ordered their signature roll and was very impressed with the freshness and flavor. It was the best sushi I’ve had in months! However, the service was a bit abrasive this time, which put a damper on my experience. The atmosphere was a little cramped, but enjoyable. The last time I went, our waiter was fantastic and very attentive, but I've also had experiences where it took over an hour to get my food. " Sushi from Shirushi Plaza Norte is an experience I recommend! The dishes are very authentic, and the fish is always fresh. My last visit was overshadowed by service that left much to be desired - we waited quite a long time for our order to be taken and even longer for food to arrive. " While I was pleased with the food quality at Shirushi Plaza Norte, the service was unfortunately lacking on my recent visit. I mean, I ordered a simple ramen and waited over half an hour for it! It was initially quite frustrating, but the taste was definitely worth the wait. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. If they could streamline their service and perhaps add a few more staff, this place would easily earn a five-star rating. " Definitely one of my favorite sushi places. Lovely atmosphere and excellent food; everything felt authentic. However, my last visit highlighted a significant delay in service. I was left waiting quite a bit longer than expected, and that detracted from the experience. If they could get a handle on that, this would easily be a five-star location!
