" I don’t know why people rave about El Toro Cafe. I went there with my friends, and we were all baffled by the subpar food. " I’m a huge fan of Mexican food and was looking forward to El Toro Cafe after hearing some locals rave about it. The atmosphere is cozy, but sadly, the food was underwhelming. I ordered Huevos Rancheros, and it was lacking the spices usually found in genuine Mexican cuisine. The rice was overcooked, and even the quality of the beans was disappointing.
