" I picked up a quick bite from Taco Pegaso and I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the food! The tacos with corn tortillas delivered that authentic taste I was looking for. However, I felt the guacamole could be improved, it was a tad bland for my liking. " (*Curated Review*)
" Fantastic spot for tacos! Seriously, the al pastor was out-of-this-world good. I paired it with some homemade salsa that was spicy and fresh. The only downside was that my service was a bit slow at lunchtime, but I chalked that up to the crowd they get. Would still recommend this place highly! " (*Curated Review*)
" The highlight of my visit to Taco Pegaso was definitely the delicious queso con todo! It had a rich taste that paired wonderfully with the chips. I also enjoyed their al pastor tacos; they were smoky and flavorful, quite reminiscent of the street tacos I had in Mexico. Really pleasant atmosphere and the staff were super friendly! However, I wish the seating area had some more privacy. " (*Curated Review*)
" I came across Taco Pegaso during my lunch break and decided to give it a shot. The tacos were delicious but rather small for my hunger. I loved their agua fresca, it was refreshing! The service was alright, but I found the environment somewhat busy and chaotic during peak hours. " (*Curated Review*)
" Taco Pegaso is definitely a place to visit if you're in Austin. I tried their chorizo jack taco, and it blew my mind! The flavors were authentic and reminiscent of what you'd find in Mexico. The only downside was the wait time, but it was worth it for the tasty experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" I must admit, I was a bit hesitant to try Taco Pegaso after hearing mixed reviews. However, I decided to give it a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the quesadilla and a taco plate, and they were fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although it was a little crowded, the atmosphere was lively, and we really enjoyed our meal. Will happily return! " (*Curated Review*)
" My family and I visited Taco Pegaso last weekend, and we were amazed! The empanadas were juicy and perfectly fried, and the avocado crema on the side was divine. The kids loved their quesadillas, which had excellent seasoning. There were many vegetarian options as well, which is always a win in my book! The only thing holding back our experience was that it was quite busy, and we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our food. Despite that, the waitstaff were attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend trying their tacos with corn tortillas for the most authentic experience possible. We'll definitely be back soon! " (*Curated Review*)
