" My visit to Chipotle was beyond disappointing. Although the staff were friendly, they seemed either overwhelmed or completely uninterested in maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness. I received a burrito bowl with hardly any rice and a few pieces of meat that looked old. The drink station was messy and chaotic. " Horrible experience at Chipotle today. I had a craving for their burrito bowls but ended up having to leave without ordering. The line was ridiculously long, and even after waiting, employees didn’t seem to care about acknowledging us. There was trash everywhere and the staff looked overwhelmed and unbothered. " What a shame! I've always enjoyed Chipotle until this location. I went in with high hopes only to find dirty tables and unresponsive staff. My food was delivered quickly, but when I looked at my burrito, it felt more like a snack—it was stuffed with barely any toppings. I couldn’t enjoy it, and the atmosphere made it even worse. " I can't say enough about how dirty the Duluth Chipotle is! The floors are sticky and the tables always seem to have food remnants. I expected much more from a franchise like this. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the portion was shockingly small; I could hardly see the chicken! It's become a running joke between my friends that I should just go elsewhere. " This was honestly a letdown. I love Chipotle, but every time I come to the Duluth location, it feels like they are running out of everything. Most recently, they were out of rice! How does a Mexican restaurant run out of rice? The service was also lackluster; nobody seemed interested in helping their customers. It comes across as poor management. " This place was horrible for my family and I. When we arrived, no one greeted us. The line was way too long, and once we finally ordered, half the ingredients I wanted were 'out of stock'. The person at the register seemed irritated by my questions and wasn't helpful at all. To top it off, the place looked messy. We ended up leaving without anything, and that was a blessing. " Strictly speaking, my visit to Chipotle today was an eye-opener on what not to do. I walked in only to discover an employee watching a video on the job while a crowd was left unattended.
