" I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was quite disappointed. The crust was soggy, and the toppings didn't seem fresh at all. Plus, I received terrible customer service when I called to complain. They made me feel like I was the problem rather than taking responsibility. I won't be returning any time soon. There are plenty of other pizza spots in the area that actually value their customers. " After hearing good things about Aurelio's, I decided to give it a go. I tried the deep-dish pizza, and to my surprise, it was filled with way too much sauce—almost like a soup! While the dough was decent, the overload of marinara made it inedible for me. I will say that their customer service was friendly, but that doesn't quite make up for the pizza. " I have visited Aurelio's on several occasions, and sadly, my experience tends to vary. I've had fantastic pizzas with delicious toppings one time and then awful, burnt pizzas the next. The inconsistency is frustrating. I really wish they would stabilize their quality because I love pizza, especially stuffed crust. Service can be lacking too, which takes away from the experience. " I’ve always been a fan of deep dish, so I decided to order from Aurelio's. I have to say it was one of my worst experiences. The crust was far too thick, and the sauce was soupy—definitely not my idea of a great deep dish pizza. I would have loved some more structure with a balance of flavors.
