" I had the worst experience ordering from Caraglio's. My pizza arrived late and completely cold. When I opened the box, I was shocked to see that the toppings were slid off to one side, and the crust was burnt on the edges. I quickly called to complain, but they just offered to remake it and didn’t consider my time at all. In the end, I felt more discouraged than satisfied.
