" I had such a mixed experience at Brix. The atmosphere is very nice, and I was excited to try their signature burgers. However, the burger I ordered wasn’t cooked to my liking, and when I requested it medium, it came out well-done. The server was kind and apologized, but by then, I had lost my appetite.
