" Every time I come to Brix, I leave satisfied! Their pasta dishes are incredibly authentic and flavorful. I took my parents here for dinner last Friday, and they were delighted by the flavors and the portion sizes, especially the Penne Piccante. We also tried the cannoli French toast for dessert, and it was a delightful balance of sweet and rich. " I had such a mixed experience at Brix. The atmosphere is very nice, and I was excited to try their signature burgers. However, the burger I ordered wasn’t cooked to my liking, and when I requested it medium, it came out well-done. The server was kind and apologized, but by then, I had lost my appetite.
