" It was my first time at P.F. Chang’s and I was quite excited given all the hype. The atmosphere is lovely and very inviting, but I found the food to be a bit on the Americanized side. I had the Mongolian beef and my wife had the Kung Pao chicken. They tasted good, but I was hoping for a more authentic experience. The service was fantastic, though.
