" Chuy's is an absolute gem in the Tex-Mex scene. The crispy chips served with jalapeño ranch are incredible. On my latest visit, I tried the crab enchiladas and they were filled with generous portions of crab, a rarity in the past at other restaurants. The restaurant has a busy, energetic feel which I enjoy. The only downside was that parking was a bit congested during dinnertime. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Chuy's a try.
