" Not the best experience at P.F. Chang's. I had heard so many good things, but my visit left much to be desired. The service was slow, and our server seemed overwhelmed. When the food arrived, my fried rice was cold, and the Mongolian beef was chewy. I expected better quality for the price point. I will say that the atmosphere was nice and the décor is really appealing, but the food and service just did not meet my expectations unfortunately. Maybe I caught them on an off day. The staff went above and beyond, surprising her with a complimentary dessert and singing for her when they found out it was her birthday! The food was stellar as always; I personally enjoyed the Chang's spicy chicken, which packed the perfect amount of heat and flavor.
