" For anyone who says they can’t find good tacos in Seattle, they clearly haven’t been to Tacos La Cuadra yet! The Al Pastor is hands-down some of the best I’ve had outside of Mexico. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is the wait time on busy nights can stretch ahead of 30 minutes, but honestly, it’s hard to be mad when the end result is so great.
