" I've been going to Saito & Pho for years and I can confidently say their Bun Bo Hue is the best in Houston. Each bowl is packed with spices, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The only downside I've encountered is sometimes the wait for food can be a bit longer when they are busy, but it's absolutely worth it! " Absolutely love this restaurant! Saito & Pho feels like a hidden gem in the city. The Bun Bo Hue is to die for; rich, spicy, and super authentic. I appreciate that they use high-quality meat that is tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with lovely decorations. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help. I ordered the BBQ pork spring rolls as well, and my only complaint is that I wish I ordered more! You'll have to wait a while during busy hours, but just know the food is absolutely worth the wait.
