" Absolutely love this restaurant! Saito & Pho feels like a hidden gem in the city. The Bun Bo Hue is to die for; rich, spicy, and super authentic. I appreciate that they use high-quality meat that is tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with lovely decorations. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help. I ordered the BBQ pork spring rolls as well, and my only complaint is that I wish I ordered more! You'll have to wait a while during busy hours, but just know the food is absolutely worth the wait.
