" This was it… I’ve never experienced service this poor from a fast-food chain before! I placed an order for my family and waited for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got to the front, the person taking my order was confused and disorganized. When I got home, my order was once again wrong. The food quality was poor, and it tasted off.
