" El Nopal has a fast-casual environment which is perfect for lunch breaks. I’ve tried several menu items, and while I enjoyed their chicken flautas, I felt my friend’s shrimp tacos were a little overcooked. We both enjoyed the fresh salsa and warm chips that were served to us right away. The portions are generous, but I wish they would focus more on consistency. " I haven't had the best luck with El Nopal. On one visit, I ordered the fajitas and thought they tasted bland and just okay. The service was fine, but it didn't make up for the lack of flavor in my meal. However, during a recent lunch visit, I decided to give it another chance and discovered their spicy chicken tacos are a delightful surprise! Super flavorful and just the right amount of spice. " I find myself returning to El Nopal for their quick service and quality food. Despite being in the Ramada, the restaurant itself is rather charming with its vibrant decor. The nachos are a great starter and the portion sizes are massive compared to what you pay, which is a big win for me. I usually go for the enchiladas which are a safe bet.
